I was an out-of-state seller and saw that Joe had sold a property near a rental home I owned in Hanover. I introduced myself to Joe and relied on his advice for several months and he was always responsive and helpful even though it was not officially his listing or responsibility. That spoke volumes to me of his level of commitment. As I continued to speak with Joe and got a sense of his experience level (MUCH more experienced and savvy and practical and out of the box than a typical agent), I decided to list my property with Joe. I had been renting it for years with the most recent tenants currently living in the home. Joe's experience as a Landlord and his communication skills with the current tenants helped me out immensely during the process of readying the house for sale. His tact and diplomacy in working with my tenants concerns and requests during this process in my absence was incredible, the normal bumps and turbulence dealing with this stuff was completely removed! During the house readying process over several months, Joe took over the General Contractor role for me due to my out-of-state absence. Joe seamlessly worked with Septic Engineers, the Town of Hanover, Septic Installers, his Handy Man & Electrician and others to get the property to market and eventually to close on schedule. All the while, he always communicated these results to me several times a week. Once our house hit the market, Joe worked tirelessly with open houses and marketing strategies and it sold within the time parameters he'd promised me! A refreshing thought since I tried to sell it several times before with other agents and that failed each & every time. Joe and his Attorney partners coordinated me to a closing without a hitch! Even with the typical and not so typical bumps and happenings, Joe was always right there for me again to smooth it out with his exceptional negotiation & people skills! Joe is one of the best people to have on your team. He has sold multiple properties over the years for me.
